scary monster

Monday: Up around 8:30, but went back to bed for a little while. Still feeling a bit ill. Shower and morning practices. Fed cats. Breakfast. Burned some old newspapers in the backyard. A little guitar. Victor called to arrange for dropping off some of the cards that Terry had printed out. Down basement briefly.

Over to KKC for water bowls. H was there with his young daughter. In a playful way, I frowned at her and made my 'cookie monster growl'... something that I used to do with a couple of other very young girls that would make them scream with mock terror, and then giggle with delight. Unfortunately, this little girl took it the wrong way, and just cried and cried... inconsolable. When her father left with her, she were still in tears. Not exactly the response I had hoped for.

In at work, I spent most of the day fixing an issue in a feature that someone else had added. The multi support had never been there. Found a typo in a previous fix. Ate lunch at my desk, and did some design work in the evening.

Headed back home around 9:30. Raining a bit. Stopped for gas. Hung out with MB in the kitchen, eating soup and reading Rolling Stone magazine. A little music. Working on the KKC website.
