dinner with Christine and MB

Tuesday: Woke around 8:30 as MB headed out. Slept a bit more. Not feeling quite myself today. Checked email with a question about the NST Intro. Spent quite a while formulating a response. Shower. Morning practices. Down basement briefly. Breakfast. A bit of guitar. Wrote some emails to old friends. Walked over to the fire station, and cast my ballot in the special state senate election. They said turnout was low.

Quite a nice day out... clear, but temperatures are getting cooler for sure. Most of the time today at work was spent thinking about design, and doing some reorganization. Help Dv with some tricky file IO code. Lunch at my desk. Consulted with Dnl about the SCC system, and his knowledge of a particular bit of code. Headed home around 8:45.

MB, Christine and I arrived home all at 9 PM. We decided to walk to Union Square for Indian food. A nice meal, and good conversation. Then, all feeling stuffed, we hiked up to the top of the Somerville hill and looked across at the Boston night-time skyline. Back home, and tea, talking about old times, and what's become of us.
