On hold

Monday: Slept in a bit, waking as MB headed to work. Web, cats, shower, guitar. Down basement. Breakfast, listening to a story about a multimedia show with music by Philip Glass: an homage to the origins of life. Brought a tear. Vacuumed in the basement, trying to leave the spiders, but clean up some of their webs.

Drove over to KKC. Filled water bowls. Went quickly today. Rescued a moth that was trapped inside one of the display cabinets. In to work. The major accomplishment of the day was determining that a particular add-on was writing 4 bytes, when they should only write 1, and thus corrupting the stack. Other than that, I spent a lot of time on hold trying to deal with an order for video equipment. At one point, I was on hold on two phones at once. Just terrible. Took a walk out and did some banking. Then picked up some pizza, which I ate back at my desk. Called MB and told her we had some toothpaste already. Headed home around 9:30, stopping for a cup of coffee, which I sipped sitting on a bench outside the parking garage.

Back home, hung out with MB for a bit, then trading amusing things on the computer. Watched the rest of the making of the Devil's Rejects. Now, some guitar, then down basement.
