Sunday: Woke around 9, and had been thinking about going to KKC, but decided sleep was more of a priority. Woke again around 10:30. Up, and the usual stuff.
At 12:40 or so Wnd came over and we went out to lunch at the Mexican place in Union. Good conversation. Then as we were driving off to have a walk, MB called. Nice to hear her voice. She will be home soon! Wnd and I walked along the Mystic River, behind the mall, and saw a big game of soccer being played out. Back home, and some hanging out. After she left I got the news that circle had been canceled for the evening (not enough of us were going to show up to busk). Not feeling terribly motivated to do anything, gave Leo a walk around the back yard, and enjoyed the sun. Quite nice weather out today. Watched some of the making of Devil's Rejects. Cleaned off the coffee table. Vacuumed. Sorted through mail. Practiced guitar. Spent time working on the drum kit in the basement, adding legs to the kick, and setting up the roto-toms. Played drums for a bit. Took a drive. Lots of emergency vehicle activity near the auto inspection station on Mystic Ave. Down basement for some evening practices. Made lunches, and a veggie burger. Watched more of the making of The Devil's Rejects while eating my food. Down basement for more practices. Typing. MB called from the airport.
