You must be dressed

Friday: Odd interaction as MB said goodbye this morning. Up and morning things. Got a jump on my practice. Laundry. Some guitar. Cleaned out the debris from my wallet. Headed off. Stopped for an egg sandwich and iced coffee. Warm out, but not boiling.

In the elevator heading to the office, the smartly dressed architect said "no dress code on your floor?" (looking at my shorts, sandals and black tee-shirt). I said "No... uh, well you have to be dressed. I mean, you have to be wearing something." More little fixes at work. Al and B were excited by a music box they had taken apart. Al excitedly talked to me about a composition of his for bass and viola. Back and forth with SR over at Third Life (confirmation) and with MM at TI vis the website. Stayed until about 7:30.

Back home, MB was eating her hand... I mean chips. We drove over to Porter Square and had a nice dinner at Christopher's. Quite crowded. We told each other about our days. Back through Porter Exchange, and back home. Listening to James Blunt parodies. Packing to do, and some more time in the basement.
