Reunification Rainbow

Friday: Up around 9:30. Email related to the sale of the guitar. The fellow that bought it lives in Florida, so I'm going to wait until Monday to send it off, thus avoiding Hurricane Wilma. Shower and so on. The cats were being especially photogenic this morning. Down basement for full morning practices. And, off to work. Stopped for gas. Clear skies today.

Coffee and muffin. After more code instrumenting and head scratching, I found at least big cause of the problems I've been having (reads were being performed in chunks that were too small). This was pretty anti-climactic, because I'm only about half way where I need to be. Left at 7:45.

Drove to Central Square and parked and walked to the All Asia Cafe. MB arrived right after I did. She scoped out the situation, and I ordered some food. (Scallion pancake, tofu yellow curry). Then "Sci-Fi Belly Dance" began. They were playing old episodes of Lost In Space on the TVs... Quite a blast from the past. Not an optimal club for watching dance. All fun though. Hot Butterfly on Butterfly Action. MB acted spooky weird while vogueing to Esquivel, and then sang a duet with a plate of sparkly lime jello! She was followed by a Vulcan Line-Dance.

I gave her a ride to where she'd parked, and then we both headed home. Today is my dear father's birthday, and so we celebrated in what is becoming a tradition: Eating large bars of Hershey's chocolate and drinking milk. Listened to an odd bit of music titled Reunification Rainbow, by the Pochonbo Electronic Ensemble. Introduced MB to podcasting. Soon bed.
