Tuesday: MB woke me around 8:20. Feeling pretty groggy again, but perhaps not as bad as yesterday. Email. Did some work converting some audio for KKC from PCM to MP3. Shower. Was going to eat cereal, but we had no milk. Coffee. Down basement for morning practices. Raining a bit out.
Pulled my yoga stuff together, and grabbed the lunch MB packed for me. Headed to work. Was most of the way there, when I remembered that today a special primary election was being held for our representative to the state senate. Drove back home, and voted, then back to work.
Interesting progress today. Solidified my understanding of how the various threads in my system interact with each other, and when there are failures, who is at fault. The self tuning system is now working reasonably well, but there's more to do. Terrible news out of the South. Ate the tomato/cucumber/mozzarella salad MB made for me. Walked out and did some shopping at CVS, then picked up tea and chocolate, and a coffee. Was informed of further quirks with the new SCC system. My opinion of it continues to wilt. Still feeling pretty sleepy today. Wendy called and said she wasn't feeling well. She was thinking I could lead the class with an audio tape, but the tapes weren't at the center, so yoga was canceled. I worked late, eventually heading home around 9:45.
Stopped at the grocery store on the way home, and picked up a few essentials. Back home, put them away, while hanging with MB. She said that all of her relatives that live in New Orleans were safe, but they had probably lost a lot of their belongings. Humid and rainy here. Some emailing and web work. Soon bed.
