Tuesday: Up around 8:30. MB off to work. Web. Email. Unrepentant dawdling. Shower. The new dishwasher arrived. It was leaking water, so mopped the floor. Called about the installation. Continued the tape transfer from the weekend into my laptop. Down basement and morning practices. Today felt significant. Burned some papers, as is traditional. Threw some additional items into the doggie bag from last night, and headed out.
Got in to work late. Not a productive day. Settling back in. Email. Looking for bugs to squash, and having most of them scurry under the counter. Gave B a quick overview of the work I've been doing on my new project. Then, as I was leaving, he and Mtw gave me a look at the stuff they've been working on. It looks good, but I'm not sure it's the best use of programmer time. Left at 7.
Over to KKC. Sn had organized a yoga session, even though Wendy wasn't there to lead tonight. I arrived late. We worked from an audio tape we had made last week. It worked well. Afterwards, helped put things back and empty water bowls. Talked to Sn for awhile. Got gas on the way home.
Hung out with MB. She'd had a tiring day, dealing with consultants, and attending a party put on by the Somerville Arts Council. We talked a little about finances. Soup listening to NPR and reading the owners manual for the new dishwasher. Sitting on the sofa with two cats.
