Tuesday: Woke as MB headed out, but slept a bit more. Realized that people might be looking in the windows, as the house was probably being painted. Email. Cats. Shower. Indeed, the house was being painted. Coffee and cereal. Guitar. Eye puffy. Had an idea for a suite of music to play for the DVD recording on Sunday. Hello to the painters. Emailing in the basement. Left a phone message on my friend Caro's phone. Headed out.
Stopped for gas, and then around the long way. Not a terribly productive day at work. Checked into some bugs in the code of the obstinate developer. Design work with Dv. Talked to Mk about video formats, and iMovie's weirdness. Continued hacking out old code having to do with the old capture implementation. Listened to Richard Pryor. Talked to Chr about graphics technologies. Pizza. Headed home around 9:30.
Back home, MB was eating mashed potatoes. Hung out. The company shipping my generator left a phone message. Also one from the vet. Tried to watch the "Holiday Candles" video, but myspace was having problems. Guitar, playing through the suite twice.
Last night the power went out.
