Wednesday: Woke at 8:15. Not much sleep. Up cats shower down basement. MB headed out to drop her car off to be serviced. I picked her up (up over the Somerville hill) and we headed off to our financial planning meeting. Traffic, but not terrible. The meeting lasted quite a bit longer than expected. Left with perhaps more questions than when I arrived. Lovely day out. Dropped MB back in Union. Back home and made some sandwiches for us. MB returned. We ate. Did some fussing in the basement, sanding some holes I'd filled in the armoire and applying stain. Then off to work.
Fairly productive day. Fixed a bug in some UTF8 string copying code. Coffee. Continued on my interleaving project. At this point I almost have things compiling, but not linking. There are two largish stub classes I need to fill in. Sleepy. Got some crappy overpriced pizza. Headed home about 9. No rehearsal tonight.
Took a nap in the basement. MB was throwing a birthday party for one of her belly dance instructors upstairs, but I wasn't at all feeling social. Waited until the party cleared out, then went up and helped her clean up. Some cake. Video editing in the basement.
