Wednesday: Slept in a bit, up briefly, then a little more sleep. Email. Ride sharing for the yoga workshop is becoming a problem. Shower. Fed cats. Down basement for morning practices. A little guitar. Headed out.
At work today, propagating my changes back out into the code-base at large. A decision needs to be made about how to keep everything working. Convert everything over to the new system, or just part? The problem is, if I don't convert everything over, I'll have to maintain dual strategies, and one of them will be difficult for me to test. However, if I convert everything, I might be signing up for a lot more work. Lunch at desk, thanks to MB. Got a call from my mom. Headed out at 6:30.
Raining out, and chilly. Over to KKC. I was expecting more 8000 verses, but it was 70 topics and Tara tonight. I just sat listening for most of it, though I asked for clarification at one point. Made a little announcement about my party. Cookies were distributed. Headed out with Wnd. We went to the grocery store, and she bought some ginger and other stuff.
Her Chai recipe:
Water, milk, black tea, cardamom, ginger, cumin, sugar. Then, over to the hot donut place. Long wait for service. Ate fried sugar blobs talking about education and rote learning contrasted with the inquiry based approach.
Back home a little after 11. Hung with MB for a bit. She ate the donut I brought her. Some more guitar practice. Down basement for concluding practices. Some email.
