Monday: Slept late. Much needed. Woke briefly as MB headed out, then more sleep. Then, email, shower, fed cats. Decided to go to KKC and do water bowls before anything else. Found my car had gotten a ticket again. Rats. Had to take down the bowls from the day before. CR's translator was in the kitchen when I arrived. In a lovely UK sounding accent she said "Twice the work!" I just smiled and got on with it. A woman came to just be in the room. I accidentally made a sharp sound with the broom hitting the floor, but she didn't startle. Ngwang asked me if I wanted to eat lunch, but I begged off explaining "Me no eat meat."
Back home, ate breakfast (cereal, coffee) Morning practices. The phone rang during, but they didn't leave a message. Tidied up a little. Off.
At work, began with a little research for the next phase of my project. Got pulled into a long meeting on modes of monitoring. Threw a pen at Dv, in a playful way. Stayed to write that up. And that's about all I did today.
Back home, hello to MB. Sat with the cats for a bit. Showed her John Cleese's eulogy for Graham Chapman. Looked at plane fares. Next April is coming into focus. Guitar for about 20 minutes. Hands are out of shape.
