Monday: Woke as MB was heading out, 8 AM. Didn't really go back to sleep... dozed a little. NPR. Email. Gave Gus his treatments. Shower. Fed the cat. Down basement, morning practices drums and guitar. Emptied out the vacuum cleaner, and again it had developed quite a bunch of fur in the upper screen. Took the snow shovels out to the shed.
Stopped at the donut shop for some breakfast. The fellow who always talks to himself was talking to himself. Stopped at Home Depot for some caulk. Drove the long way around to the office. A truck was parked blocking the entrance to the garage, and the fellow got testy with me when I stated gently that I needed to get past him. B was not in today. Spent most of the day hunting down a strange bug. Finally came up with a reasonable solution. MB provided lunch. Fixed another bug that I had made in one of my last check-ins. Email. Headed home around 10.
No MB in evidence. Rain persists. Down basement. Typing.
