Monday: MB called to tell me I should check the basement for water (torrential rains ongoing). Everything was dry. Back to bed and had a lovely sleep-in. Email, Gus. Breakfast in fits (oatmeal and leftover coffee, eggs etc). The back-screen-door had been almost blown off its hinges by all the wind we've been having. Need to replace the whole thing. Shower. Down basement and morning practices. Headed out, quite late. Deposited a couple of odd checks at the bank.
In at work, a quiet day. Feeling a bit out of sorts. Working on a better mechanism for waiting for data to be filled. B was not in. Burrito. Left around 9:40.
Back home, and hello to MB. Back-rubs and talking about the horrible news from Virginia Tech. Decided not to talk about it. Put a new battery in my guitar, and crazy-glued the battery lead to the circuit board so it wouldn't pull-off again. Played guitar for about an hour. Down basement. Email.
