Sunday: Woke at 7:30. Feeling groggy. Shower. Gus. Down basement and brief morning practices. Off to KKC, stopping at the donut shop again. Things are quieter on Sunday mornings.
Transmission 4a. Ran until noon. Achy, twitchy and sleepy. Difficult material also.
Lunch. Sat with Hm and another gent. They picked my brains about computers. Yummy food from a Tibetan restaurant. Ate one piece of pineapple at the end, that immediately felt bad in my system. Spent the next hour or so back at my place dealing with the ramifications of this. Also cleaned my desk a little.
Transmission 4b. Feeling better on several levels.
Afterwards, talked two a nice fellow and his GF about music. Went out with Wnd for coffee at Starbucks. Enjoyable conversation. She dropped me back at KKC.
Back home, and hanging with MB. She had some leftover pizza, which I happily ate, while watching the rest of "Fists in the Pocket." Twisted little film. She, upstairs for some audio recording. Me down basement to put some DVDs in envelopes (L2) and do some evening practice.
