Monday (Memorial Day): MB headed out, and I woke briefly, from dreams
about funny money and zombies (but not so scary). Had a nice
sleep-in. Up, cats, looked at where to do a voice recording project
with MB (iMac has no line input). Brief sitting in the dance room.
MB returned from a BD rehearsal with Bn at Third Life. We had a
breakfast of scones and OJ she brought back from the Sherman, along
with fried eggs and soy sausage. She took a shower while I cleaned
up. I got her set up to do her voice recording in the dining room,
and then went to take a shower myself. Burned a CD of the result.
Kind of a humid and overcast day.
Down basement and practices. Put the PCM 91 up for sale on ebay. Came
up for air, and had some lunch. The names of the 49 service people
with ties to Massachusetts were being read on the radio. A little
guitar. MB headed out to teach her BD class. Back down basement for
the rest of my work.
At 6:30 I headed to KKC for a talk by Alan Wallace.
Brilliant. A mind perfectly situated between East and West. Ducked
out as the Q&A began. I'll have to listen to the recordings later.
Back home for a date with my wife. Out and saw "The Da Vinci Code."
Quite enjoyable. Hooray for the divine feminine.
