OCBC gig

Sunday: Woke around 7:30. Morning stuff. Loaded the car. Stopped at the donut shop for a quick breakfast. To OCBC just after 9 AM. In the main space there was a circular arrangement of tables with snack foods on them, with another circle of chairs in the middle. I thought this was not good for our performance based on the flow of the service, so we rearranged it to have our chairs in a semi-circle outside the circle of tables. The gang all arrived. Dev is back! Sound checks and so on. A brief circle-up and then some circulation to begin. Quite good I thought. There's a composed feeling when the music is present. Great last chord. Eye of the Needle. Third Relation. Calliope. Chrysanthemum. Growing Circle. Moving Force. Everything went pretty well. There's a lot of work to do to really be a performance team. In one break where we ate cheese and crackers with the folks in attendance. I washed my hands before taking up the guitar again. Bridge and Jane were there. After, packing and farewells.
